Fastest Fingers Win

Singapore Airlines was offering an array of limited-time fare deals to 9 destinations, including Bangkok. At exactly 10am when the website finally unlocked the promotion code, I immediately tried to purchase the air tickets. However the dates that I was looking at were already sold out. After much scrambling, I finally managed to book another flight. Just when I clicked 'next' to complete my  transaction, the website suddenly hung and an error message appeared instead. Honestly, I panicked and kept praying that they received my booking as I picked up the phone to call the contact centre. Thank God, the customer service officer confirmed that my booking was captured on the system and was very kind to help to assign the seats according to my preference. So Bangkok, see you in a month's time!!!
